Spoonfed is delighted to announce the appointment of John Burton as Key Account Development Director. John is highly experienced in the hospitality software market and, following previous spells working in the food management service sector, understands the current difficulties faced by all in the industry.
The Spoonfed development team has been working flat out shaping the platform for changes in how its customers are operating across the world. John will focus on ensuring our key prospects and customers receive the best advice, using the tools that Spoonfed provides, enabling them to operate efficiently in an era when people need to eat in their workplaces but where sharing food together needs to be done more carefully. A great example of this is Spoonfed’s development of a fully featured Group Ordering platform. This tool allows guests to select their own items, providing dietary compliance and individual presentation, aligned with physical distancing requirements. The host can automate close-out or select for prior review as well as select options for guest location, maximum guest numbers and more.
