We’d like to let you know about some changes and new features just released on Spoonfed. As with all changes, we want to make your business more profitable and your working life that bit easier. We hope this is another step along this road…
Customers sometimes have very specific invoicing requirement; whether it’s emailing to more than one address or copying the invoice to the Order Contact.
So, with Spoonfed, you can now record ‘Invoicing Notes’ in Customer Details. These will be transferred to each Order for the related Customer. They may be then edited for that particular Order and will thereafter appear in the Invoicing Wizard, ensuring you always get the Invoicing right – and get paid as quickly as possible. The Notes will also appear in the Email Invoice dialogue box to enable you easily to copy and paste any additional invoicing email addresses.
Minimum Order Values
Spoonfed has always had the facility to impose a minimum Order Value for Customer ordering online. You may wish to impose this as a general rule for Customers but might want to make some exceptions for good Customers, who perhaps make multiple daily Orders.
So now you can! By ticking the new box in the Customer Details Tab, you can opt a particular Customer out of the requirement to place a minimum Order Value. It’s as simple as that.
We’ve made a few small changes to Reports to make them more useful and easy to use.
